BRINGING EDUCATION & INDUSTRY TOGETHER
SkillsUSA members attended the K4C Construction Career Days at the Shelby Co. Fairgrounds. The Kentucky Construction Career Choices Council (K4C) is a trade education affiliate to Kentucky's construction industry. With the help of engaging event exhibitors and generous sponsors, K4C connects technical education programs to the construction economy. Held over two days, this annual event welcomes nearly 2,500 vocational and technical students from across the Commonwealth.

Barren County High School students Taylor Strange and Trapper Vincent, along with ATC teacher Lonnie Vincent, will be traveling to Washington D.C. to attend the SkillsUSA Leadership Training Institute and to speak with elected officials about funding for CTE.
